Blanca G. Silvestrini

Blanca G. Silvestrini is a seasoned fully bilingual attorney and scholar with extensive experience in Inheritance/ Probate and Real Estate law in Puerto Rico. She chairs the Probate and Real Estate legal group at our firm overseeing our Puerto Rico probate and real estate attorneys on the island. Through her comprehensive view of the inheritance process, she brings together her deep knowledge and her refined skills in negotiating and settling complex cases. These usually involve numerous heirs, complex assets, and multiple jurisdictions.

Trained as an attorney at the University of Puerto Rico, she completed an advance degree in Law from Stanford University and has been active in the scholarly community in Puerto Rico and the United States for multiple decades, with numerous publications and academic collaborations.

As a scholar, Attorney Blanca Silvestrini has taught law at Stanford University, the University of Connecticut Law School, and the University of Puerto Rico. Her teaching experience contributes to her deep and broad understanding of legal matters and the analytical approach needed to resolve complex legal issues. Her legal practice, also focuses on the administration of estates that involve mixed assets, such as real estate, businesses and corporations. One of Attorney Silvestrini’s distinctive qualities is how she relates to her clients. Beyond her legal and negotiation skills, she centers her attention on the client’s needs and actual circumstances, acknowledging the emotional component that intersects with the practice of law especially as it pertains to emotionally charged scenarios involving the passing of loved ones and working with the surviving family members.

Attorney Blanca Silvestrini in her spare time enjoys being out in nature, traveling, and advising religious organizations in the United States and in Spanish speaking countries.
